Our
Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to any
address in the United States and Canada, including
APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not
ship to destinations outside the United States and
Canada, but we will be expanding our business to
include international destinations in the future.
Shipping
Methods
Our goal is to offer you the
fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use the
United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders
shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes can be sent thru
USPS. We do not require a signature for USPS
shipments. All shipments are tracked by USPS
delivery tracking service.
Shipping Charges
We have a flat rate shipping charge of $3 per order
to one location.
Shipping Time
Your expected delivery date is approx 2-3
days from the shipping date by USPS. Orders
received after 2 PM local time will be shipped the
next business day.
Orders Damaged in
Shipping
If you believe a package
received from us was damaged in transit, please
refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are
refusing delivery because the package is damaged.
Then call us (1-888-275-0255) to inform us of the
situation. If you are not present at the time of
delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please don't
open the USPS package. Take to your local post
office to have them send the package as "Return To
Sender". If you open the package USPS will
charge you to ship the package back.
